What we do in Bayside.
Commercial glazing, office partitions, shower screens, glass replacement and mirrors — supplied and installed. Site visits are scheduled by corridor, so the drive is part of the plan rather than an extra.
This is the bay — Mount Eliza and Frankston around through Seaford, Carrum and Mordialloc, then up through Mentone, Sandringham and Brighton to St Kilda and Port Melbourne. It is the longest single run we cover, and the work follows the water.
Two things dominate. First, glass that lives outdoors: pool fencing, balustrades, wind barriers on terraces, and doors that open onto decks. Salt air attacks the fittings on those before it touches the glass, so the hardware choice decides how they look in three years. Second, renovated bathrooms in houses from the 1920s through to the 1990s — bayside bathrooms are often tight, out of square, and tiled before anyone measured properly.
Closer to the city, in St Kilda, Albert Park and Port Melbourne, the mix shifts to apartments and period terraces: mirrors that show every curve in an old wall, and splashbacks in kitchens where the cabinetry is the feature.
